Gaby Borda called the Stevenson Ranch Elementary School PTO Association Meeting to order at  7:07 P.M. via Zoom.  

Pledge of Allegiance 

SECRETARY’S REPORT – Nairy Simonyan 

• Nairy motioned approve the minutes posted on website from the January meeting. Seconded,  motion carried.  

• Nairy motioned approve the minutes posted on website from the February meeting. Seconded,  motion carried.  

FINANCIAL REPORT – Sabra Rettman 

Starting Balance $ 60,399.09 

Total Inflows $ 1,265.54 

Total Outflows $ 1,188.59 

Ending Balance $ 60,476.04 

Ratification of Bills - Moved to ratify checks and EFTs for January. It was seconded, motion carried.  Presentation of Bills - Moved to pay the bills for February. It was seconded, motion carried.  (Please see Treasurer’s Financial Reports) 

PRINCIPAL’S REPORT – Chad Rose 

• Things going well with students back. 

• Children do a health screening on a daily basis. 

• Currently planning for next academic year. May have summer opportunities available. • Will have Robotics and 3D Printer Class next year.  

PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Gaby Borda 

• “Welcome” signs were a hit. 

• Science Fair – High school student group will manage an Innovation Night, which will replace  Science Night this year. 

• Teacher Appreciation – May 3-7 – Food truck, coffee delivery. 

• Furniture & TV are in faculty room already. 

• Sixth Grade Graduation – Will have a Plan A/Plan B.  

• Wizard of Oz Premiere will be in May. 

• Discussion on Virtual Field Trips.
