Gaby Borda called the Stevenson Ranch Elementary School PTO Association Meeting to order at  7:06 P.M. via Zoom.  

Pledge of Allegiance 

MINUTES – Nairy Simonyan 

Nairy motioned to approve the minutes posted on website from the December meeting. Seconded,  motion carried.  

FINANCIAL REPORT – Sabra Rettman 

Starting Balance $ 62,205.84 

Total Inflows $ 1,563.98 

Total Outflows $ 1,224.04 

Ending Balance $ 62,545.78 

Ratification of Bills - Moved to ratify checks and EFTs for November. It was seconded, motion carried.  Presentation of Bills – Moved to pay the bills for December. It was seconded, motion carried.  (Please see Treasurer’s Financial Reports) 

PRINCIPAL’S REPORT – Chad Rose 

∙ Welcomed families back  

∙ LCAP Parent meeting next week, Jan 27 

∙ New forum: Parent Square 

∙ Supply Day on Friday. Supplies will be out till Saturday.  

∙ Canned Food Drive. If we collect more than 1,700 cans, Rose will dress up. ∙ No re-opening date as of now. 

PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Gaby Borda 

∙ SRE masks will be included in supply distribution materials, compliments of PTO. ∙ Science fair is penciled in for March 

∙ Discussed Valentine’s Day ideas 

∙ Yearbook: Discussed issues getting headshots & resolution 

NEW BUSINESS:  

WIZARD OF OZ – Janelle 

∙ No money can be kept at home; discussed use of “Cheddar Up” 

∙ Get costumes
