Gaby Borda called the Stevenson Ranch Elementary School PTO Association Meeting to order at 7:05P.M. via Zoom.  

MINUTES – Nairy Simonyan 

Nairy motioned to approve the minutes posted on website from the October meeting. Seconded,  motion carried.  

FINANCIAL REPORT – Sabra Rettman 

Starting Balance $ 58,340.17 

Total Inflows $ 3,911.17  

Total Outflows $ 598.00 

Ending Balance $ 61,653.34 

Ratification of Bills - Moved to ratify checks and EFTs for September. It was seconded, motion carried.  Presentation of Bills – Moved to pay the bills for October. It was seconded, motion carried.  (Please see Treasurer’s Financial Reports) 

PRINCIPAL’S REPORT – Chad Rose 

∙ No school tomorrow 

∙ Parent conferences next week 

∙ Working on AM/PM scheduling 

∙ Supply distribution next week  

∙ Halloween event went great 

∙ Virtual recess only had a few participants 

∙ New lease contract for copy machines – will cost $2,000 less 

∙ Student Council planning some fun activities for Thanksgiving 

PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Gaby Borda 

∙ “Pumpkin Contest” – picked winners 

∙ “Costume Parade” pictures online 

∙ December 18 – Winter Event: Brainstormed ideas for event 

∙ Science Fair at end of January 

∙ Would like an SRE rep at each school  

HOLIDAY GIFT CARDS – Asma 

∙ Discussed payment options, dates, and distribution.
